Our first cottage is newly built, with one double bedroom and open plan living room/kitchen, all on the 1st floor. Even though we live on site the cottage is a separate building, so you have complete privacy and freedom. On the ground floor is a wc/shower room. Although there is only one bedroom with a double bed, there is ample space for a separate cot or additional single bed, which can be provided if required. There is also plenty of parking.

Although self catering, our hospitality ensures that your holiday home is equipped with everything that you will need for a stress free start to your stay. Basic essentials, like tea, coffee, and milk will be there when you arrive. You could also arrange a supermarket delivery to save you the trouble of having to go shopping, and we shall ensure that it is packed away prior to your arrival *. If you forget something, the local "supermarket" (small but well stocked) is only 2 miles away. There is also a Chinese take away, and Chip Shop in the village, with numerous pubs and restaurants in the locality.

The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and cafetierre.  The cottage also has cutlery, crockery, glasses etc for at least six people.  There is a separate dining area, as well as lounge with gas fire, tv and DVD player. All towels and linen are provided. You also have your own BBQ and picnic area under the apple tree next to the pond. All in all everything you might need for your home from home.

We do have  a non smoking policy in the cottage, but are happy to supply an outdoor ashtray if required.
